Subscribe to our Newsletters and Announcements Group
HSA periodically sends out reminders, school info, and general reminders via our Google Group.
Alternatively, send a blank email to email@example.com and instructions will be emailed to you on how to subscribe.
If you need reimbursement for a STHSA related purchase or to request a payment to a vendor, please download and complete the payment request form, attach the receipts and please put in the STHSA Treasurer folder in the office. Please allow up to two weeks for payment.
